For over 25 years, Alimentari has delivered hospitality from a place of freshness and simplicity. Founded by Dolores and Linda, Alimentari opened on Brunswick Street in 1998, serving quality panini and great coffee, quickly becoming a staple in the Fitzroy community.

Since then Alimentari, affectionately known as “The Deli” evolved with our neighbourhood and guided by our locals, we introduced salads, take home meals and an all day delicious menu.

In 2012 we expanded and opened our restaurant, Alimentari Kitchen and most recently Alimentari Goods and Patisserie (our retail and sweet spot) both in Collingwood.
